In Ethiopia, the original name of Twakok is Tafac Kok, meaning “Twakok is the peach fruit.” This name was given to the coffee bean because the sweet peach flavor is present right from the dry aroma and throughout your tasting experience. After brewing, when the coffee is still hot, is the best time to appreciate the aroma. With Natural processed Twakok coffee, you will experience fruity notes of peach, strawberry, and bergamot orange, creating a very sweet and delicate finish.
