What is 3C’s Lạc Dương Yellow Bourbon Coffee?
Lạc Dương Yellow Bourbon coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 1200m to 2000m above sea level, in a cold and frost-prone climate.
In Vietnam, it is cultivated at an altitude of 1500m in the Cầu Đất area, on newly cultivated pristine land, creating a coffee variety with a very balanced flavor, leaning towards fruity notes with a sweet aftertaste. All these factors have made Cầu Đất Yellow Bourbon one of the most sought-after coffees today.
Bourbon is a natural mutation of Typica, which the French have spread around the world. Bourbon was also brought to Vietnam by the French in 1857.
