Lac Duong Yellow Bourbon Coffee at 3C: What’s Special?
Lac Duong Yellow Bourbon coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 1200m to 2000m above sea level in a cold and frosty climate.
In Vietnam, it is cultivated at an altitude of 1500m in the Cau Dat area, on newly reclaimed pristine land, resulting in a coffee variety with a very balanced flavor, leaning towards fruity notes and a sweet aftertaste. All these factors have made Cau Dat Yellow Bourbon one of the most sought-after coffees today.
Bourbon is a natural mutation of Typica, which the French brought around the world. It was also introduced to Vietnam by the French in 1857.
