What is special about Lạc Dương Arabica coffee?
The Arabica coffee beans at 3C Roastery offer attractive and distinctive flavors
This is an Arabica variety grown in Lạc Dương (Lâm Đồng province). It has gradually become a new trend for coffee enthusiasts due to its unique flavor and diverse drinking methods for everyone. We often know of famous coffee-growing regions in Vietnam such as Lâm Đồng, Đăk Lâk, Sơn La, and Gia Lai, which provide large quantities for domestic consumption as well as for export abroad. However, this is mainly for Robusta beans; Vietnam is the second largest exporter in the world after Brazil. But what about Arabica beans? Are they as renowned as their “sibling” Robusta?
The Lạc Dương Arabica sample at 3C Roastery brings bright, clean acidic notes along with many incredibly interesting aromas. If you have been drinking traditional coffee for a long time, you might want to try Arabica beans once. The difference between them will surely give you a completely different perspective on coffee.
Why Lạc Dương?
Climate and soil conditions are essential factors when cultivating any type of agricultural product, including coffee plants in general and Arabica beans in particular. Lạc Dương Arabica beans have special flavors compared to those grown in other regions. With an altitude of over 1,500m, this growing area is chosen by many roasters as a source of coffee beans. At 3C Roastery, we always select each coffee bean for the highest quality, ensuring consistent quality.
At 3C, Lạc Dương Arabica beans, after careful selection, are transferred to our roasting house, producing fresh batches of roasted coffee every day. Therefore, each bag of coffee at 3C is freshly roasted and carefully stored before being delivered to consumers.
