Brazil Fazenda Sul de Minas Arabica Coffee
Brazilian Arabica coffee is often known for its natural processing method due to the rare rainy weather and long dry spells. Moreover, natural processing is a traditional method that is easy to implement, resulting in Brazilian coffee with a rich body, vibrant fruity flavors, and characteristic notes such as nuts, chocolate, and caramel.
In Brazil, Fazenda Sertaozinho is a coffee farm with a long-standing tradition of coffee production, regarded as a pioneer generation in specialty coffee production, currently passed down by José Renato Gonçalves Dias. With the passion inherited from his ancestors, he has combined his academic knowledge to focus on creating a biodiverse environment with beneficial microorganisms and insects that support healthy coffee plants. Thanks to these efforts, Fazenda Sertaozinho is now a leading modern coffee processing facility with quality management certifications from ISO.

REMEMBER 4️⃣ KEY POINTS TO BREW A DELICIOUS 𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗢 WITH 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐙𝐈𝐋 BEANS
- Choose the right grind size: You need to weigh the coffee and grind it to a medium-coarse texture (“coarser than powder, finer than salt”). This step is crucial but often overlooked, as the grind size affects the extraction time, ensuring you achieve the best flavor.
- Recommended brewing equipment: 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐 𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄/𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊
- Preheat the brewing equipment before brewing
- Extraction ratio: 𝟏:𝟐.𝟓, with a suitable extraction time of 𝟑𝟎 seconds
If:
- The extraction is too fast (before 25 seconds) → Grind the coffee finer.
- The extraction is too slow (over 30 seconds) → Adjust the grind to be coarser.
- The extraction is within the correct time but tastes very bitter → Try grinding coarser and increasing the coffee amount.
