He performed excellently throughout the competition, surpassing strong competitors to win the championship. After the competition, Shinlee had the opportunity to chat with Phong and hear his thoughts!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can you introduce yourself?<\/strong>\u00a0Hello everyone, my name is \u0110o\u00e0n Thi\u00ean Phong. I currently live and work in Hanoi as a Barista at a coffee shop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How did you come to participate in the Shinlee Latte Art Championship?<\/strong>\u00a0Actually, I found out about the competition quite by chance. Initially, I planned to go to H\u1ea3i Ph\u00f2ng with my boss for a trip. While browsing Facebook, I saw the poster for the Shinlee Latte Art competition and decided to register to challenge myself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think about this competition? What impressed you the most?<\/strong>\u00a0I think the competition was quite successful. It created a very interesting and beneficial playground for the F&amp;B community in general and baristas in particular. Thanks to this event, people in various groups had the opportunity to meet and interact with each other. The organizers and contestants were very friendly and sociable. Everyone was willing to help and invite me to join group photos, making it easy for me to integrate with everyone. This is what I appreciate and find impressive about this Latte Art competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you enjoy about Latte Art?<\/strong>\u00a0For me, Latte Art is an art form. When I serve a cup of Latte, besides the quality, what impresses customers is the design on top of the Latte. Seeing the joy on customers\u2019 faces when they enjoy the coffee I made brings me a unique happiness. The joy of a barista is simple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your most memorable experience with Latte Art?<\/strong>\u00a0The most memorable experience for me is probably the first time I participated in the Latte Art Mini Pour Challenge in Hanoi. I was fortunate to win third place with the support of my colleagues. This competition gave me more confidence and passion to continue with my current job.<\/p>\n<p>Shinlee thanks you for your sharing.
