Description
Brazil Cerrado Coffee Beans
Brazil Cerrado coffee beans are generally clean with a delicious body (a creamy feel), low acidity, good balance, and often have a creamy flavor that can even be slightly caramelly when lightly roasted, and may even have a bit of bitterness, although they have more chocolate notes if roasted darker.
The average altitude for coffee cultivation in the Cerrado region is about 850 meters, and the cultivated area is very large, providing a significant amount of coffee. Mechanical harvesting and large-scale processing are the standards for Cerrado coffee, yielding a large quantity of coffee exported domestically. Brazil Cerrado coffee beans are processed using the dry method, allowing the beans to absorb more sugar, resulting in a sweeter taste compared to other beans, making them a very suitable choice for espresso.
Brazil Cerrado offers a truly special experience.
